Free shipping for all orders. Because each of our rugs are made to order, please allow 10-12 weeks for production and delivery. Once orders are processed, there are no refunds.

1. We recommend regular vacuuming using a low suction setting, avoiding vacuum heads with bristles.
2. Shedding can be expected from excess fibers in the production process, this is normal and eventually reduces over time. However since wool is a short fiber, expect some shedding.
3. We recommend turning your rug from time to time to prevent uneven fading. Even though we use high quality dyes, there are no dyes that won't fade overtime with exposure to sunlight.
4. If a tread becomes loose in your rug, do not pull. Carefully cut with scissors. 
5. Our rugs are protected with Microseal fabric protectors to help with some stains. However, accidents happen and some stains may be more difficult to treat.
6. To spot clean, use a PH neutral soap like Woolite diluted in warm water. Do not use too much product. Rub gently and absorb the extra liquid with a paper towel. Always treat stains immediately.
7. Stains from urine should be immediately treated to avoid staining. Absorb as soon as possible all the liquid with paper kitchen towels, and apply some neutral soap or Bissell Pet Pro diluted in warm water. Spray product  for 3 min and absorb all the liquid until it is dry. If not treated immediately, Urine stains can be difficult to treat. You can always treat with a professional cleaner.
