A 9 story residential condominium luxury building located on Carondelet in Clayton, Mo. Mark S. Mehlman Realty owners, Mark Mehlman and Josh Corson wanted a sophisticated, relaxed, classy, casual chic environment for today's lifestyle.
European style architecture. The project comprises over 140 pieces of art. Both original and limited edition prints, bronze sculpture, art glass and ceramics were used for the project. Artists from Missouri as well as other areas were used to create a total scheme that blended well with the architecture. Original furniture design in the lobby from Faith Berger.The exterior sculpture by Gerard Tsutakawa takes the building to another level. A world class sculptor, Gerard has pieces at several museums including The Seattle Contemporary Art Museum. Installation set for Aug. 09.
